What kind of drivers is the IRC looking for?

The IRC seeks drivers that are competitive and highly experienced, but first and foremost, they must be clean racers, friendly, and sportsmanlike.  We have zero tolerance for flaming, blatant takeouts, or any other un-sportsmanlike activity.
